Corrections Policy

We aim to get every fact and figure right. When we do not, we fix it openly.

How to report an error

Contact us via the contact page with:

• the page address;
• what you believe is wrong;
• a source, if you have one.

We review reports within 3 working days.

How we correct

• Market data (prices, volumes, trades) is read from the source on every refresh, so a wrong figure that comes from the source is fixed by the next snapshot. If our processing was wrong, we fix the code and the data.
• Articles and news are corrected in the text. A note at the end of the article states what changed and when, for example: “Correction (12 November 2026): an earlier version gave the wrong date.”
• Minor fixes such as typos or broken links are made without a note.

We do not delete published news to hide errors. If a story is fundamentally wrong, we replace it with an explanation.
